Heavy Duty Rods (HD)
ROSCHEN' HD sonic drill rods are the industry's most state of the art rods available today. They are specifically designed for sonic drilling and manufactured using only the most advanced techniques and premium materials.
Features:
1. 5.65" sq. inch weld area
2. Internally upset midbody - increasing the weld area.
3. 4140 QT tool joints
4. Inertia welded - increased strength due to full face surface welds.
5. Internal flash removed - reducing the potential for stress fractures under the stress of sonic drilling.
6. Heat treated - weld zone to further optimize the mechanical and physical properties of the rod.
